ORGANIC CLEANERS

Green Aqua Specialty Chemicals avoid scaling of salts and Organic Matter, keeping them in dispersed condition. Removes organic substances and microbiological slimes in the UF membrane surfaces effectively. The dosage depends upon the intensity of scaling in the Ultra Filtration membranes. Cleaning has to be done once in 20 days.

DISINFECTANT

The cleaning is followed by a thorough flushing with filtered water which is effective to protect from micro-organisms, colour, odour, and foul. The dosage depends upon the intensity of organic fouling in the Ultra Filtration Membranes. The optimum concentration required is suggested by the chemist based on the amount of membrane deposition. Cleaning has to be done once in 20 days.

ANTISCALANT (Low Silica & High Silica)

Green Aqua Specialty Chemicals inhibit scale formation in RO membranes due to calcium carbonate and sulphates of calcium, barium, and strontium. The product works through sequestration and crystal distortion mechanisms. Dosage generally varies from 8 to 10 ppm, depending on membrane type and system dynamics.

ANTI FOULANT & DECHLORINATOR

Green Aqua Specialty Chemicals neutralize dissolved chlorine and protect membranes from costly damage due to chlorine attack. The dispersant helps eliminate foulants via a sequestration mechanism. Dosage generally varies from 3 to 10 ppm, depending on chlorine residual and pretreatment facility effectiveness.

Green Aqua Speciality Chemicals are added at regular intervals to remove all the scaling and fouling, thereby keeping the system free from microorganisms. Chemicals are dosed when required to maintain steady membrane flux. The frequency and dosage of the chemicals will vary depending upon the site conditions.

Green Aqua Speciality Chemicals can reduce the BOD and suspended solids. It is possible to adjust the percentage removal of BOD and suspended solids by altering the chemical dose. This improves economy because the dose need only be enough to remove the required amount of BOD.

Green Aqua believers in continual improvement and offer innovative solution to customer. is Green Aqua – Sub Membrane Bio-Reactor Technology installed for full fledged effluent treatment plants to treat the effluent generated from the unit to the standard prescribed by Pollution Control Board. The membrane used in Green Aqua – Sub MBR is a special Version of the Ultra Filtration type. These membranes filter the solids in the effluent pumped into it from the bioreactor or aeration tank which in turn is recycled back to the aeration tank. thereby replacing the secondary clarification step which is required in a conventional activated sludge process. The continuous recycle of the filtered solids from the membrane to the aeration tank enables high MLSS to be maintained, thereby reducing footprint of the aeration tank and at the same time enabling high organic load to be treated.
